Full-Floor Home

In most apartment buildings, coming home means a shared corridor, three or four front doors, and the sounds of other households on either side of your walls. You stop noticing it after a while. But it shapes how you use your home: which curtains stay closed, how loud the music goes, whether the door is ever left open. One home per floor changes all of that, and the change starts at the lift.

The lift opens, and the only front door on the landing is yours.

At Meadows there are four homes in the building, one on each floor. The lift arrives at a landing with a single entrance, so the landing is effectively part of your home. There is no neighbour across the hall, no footsteps outside your door, and no shared wall with another living room. Each home has its own video doorbell, the common areas are covered by CCTV, and the lift is generator-backed, so arrival stays simple during a power cut. Parking is covered at ground level, in the stilt.

“Be Awesome Today!”

Privacy is not only about sound. It is about what you can leave open. With no one on the same floor, the balcony doors stay open through the evening, the living room curtains stay drawn back, and the home feels larger because it is not bracing against its neighbours. Four households share the building, which is enough to know who lives there and few enough that it still feels like your own. If you would like to see how the arrival works in person, arrange a visit to Meadows and we will confirm a time with you.
