Space is one of the few luxuries you experience every day.
Most luxuries are occasional. A good dinner, a holiday, a car you drive on weekends. Space is different. You use it the moment you wake up, and you keep using it until you go to sleep: the width of the corridor you walk at night, the distance between the bed and the wardrobe, the room on the balcony for a second chair. It is the only luxury that is also a daily routine.
You do not visit space. You live inside it, every hour.
That is why we think about it in floor terms rather than feature terms. At Meadows each home is a complete floor of roughly 1,500 square feet of carpet area, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three balconies, and no other household sharing the level. The living room is planned to seat a family and guests without rearranging. The bedrooms hold a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a clear path to the window. The balconies are wide enough to sit on, which is the difference between a balcony that is used and one that stores the drying rack. Measurements are approximate and the drawing governs, but the principle is fixed: generous where the day happens.
“Be Awesome Today!”
Space also changes how a home is used over time. Children get bigger. Parents come to stay. Work moves into the house for a season. A home with room to spare absorbs all of this without a renovation. One without it starts to pinch in the second year. If you want to feel the difference rather than read about it, arrange a visit to Meadows and walk the whole floor.
